Step 1. Set up your account

• Register online to create your Free Foreign Express account
• Check your email for account activation link. Select “Activate Account”
• Login to your Foreign Express Account and view details of your new Foreign Express address

Step 2. Start Shopping Online

• Shop at your favorite online stores or give family and friends your Foreign Express US shipping address to get your packages to you.
• Get your packages quicker by creating a Pre-Alert to fast-track package processing

Step 3. Arrival Notification

• Your packages will be delivered to our US warehouse address and placed on the next available flight to Jamaica.
• Each package will be entered into our database so you can track it from Miami to Jamaica on a timely basis.
• On arrival your package will be cleared through Customs by our experienced and professional staff.
• To assist with a hassle-free clearance of your package please remember to upload your invoice in your online account.

Step 4. Get your packages

• Once your packages are successfully cleared, they will be taken to our offices and you will receive a notification that they’re ready for pickup.

You may then pickup your package at our offices or schedule a delivery online to have your package delivered right to your door
